A second brain for one-person businesses.

One person. Every hat.

Marketer at nine. Support at ten. Developer after lunch. Every hat needs the same facts about your business. Nive keeps them, so you stop explaining yourself to yourself.

4 hats today

How it will work

  1. Tell Nive how you work, once.

Your rules, your voice and the decisions you already made.

  2. Nive uses it on every job.

Each piece of work is checked against what you saved. You see what passed and what broke.

  3. You review and send.

A person reads everything before it goes out. That person is you.

How Nive prevents spam

Nive is a writing tool for one-to-one business emails, not a sending tool. These rules are built in.

  • Nive writes. You send.

Nive never sends email. You read each draft and send it yourself, from your own inbox.

  • People you found yourself

You add each person yourself, up to 50. No bought or scraped lists, and no import.

  • 30 drafts a day

A daily limit for each account, rewrites included. It keeps every email one to one.

  • Every email lets people say no

Every draft ends with an opt-out line and your business address, as US anti-spam law (CAN-SPAM) requires.

  • The law, confirmed first

Before your first draft, you confirm you write to business contacts you found yourself and follow anti-spam laws.

Write to abuse@nive.pro. I close accounts that send spam.

Why I built Nive.

I was the only developer at a 5-person startup, and I still ended up doing sales, marketing and support. Keeping track of all of it was the hardest part for me.

When I started Nive I didn't want to guess, so I asked founders on Reddit what hurts the most. I got 53 replies. Finding customers came up the most, and wearing too many hats was right behind it.

So I started with one thing: cold emails that sound like the person who sends them. I know how bad AI writing sounds because I wrote some myself: a post that GPTZero called 100% AI.

In Nive you add every person yourself and you send every email yourself. It just writes the draft from how you talk. I'm the first user, so I test everything on my own emails first.
